As the team leader for a group of four, I guided the project from conception to completion. As part of the Full Stack Development Project Module, we had to develop a modern application for clients at Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce & Industry (SCCCI) and used a variety of modern technologies to develop it. I also created custom documentation for my team to follow and contribute to this project smoothly.
Innovation and Technopreneurship
The blend of technology and entrepreneurship in this module pushed our team to constantly innovate. To meet this challenge, we engaged with industry experts and interviewed various companies and startups at BLOCK71 Singapore, gathering ideas and solutions to improve our app.
Role-based Dashboard
We implemented an all-purpose customisable dashboard which serves for all user roles (User, Staff) to manage their operations effectively. I worked on structuring the dashboard, account management and providing real-time analytics.
Bounties System
Bounties is an innovative way for users to fund and invest in proposals and for businesses to seek interested providers who sell solutions to them. Used Stripe integration as a secure payment gateway for donations. We got this idea via our team conducting door-to-door interviews on companies and startups at BLOCK71 Singapore.
Presented to the Board of Directors!
Our project was awarded with Outstanding Project Presentation, which highlighted our effective collaboration and clear communication. We had the chance to network with school directors and other students, and even got selected to showcase our project in NYP's 2026 Open House!
